We stayed at 5th floor for 5 days. It was too noisy, the whole night we were hearing the water flowing sound from the 6th floor. I think the sound is from the laundry room at 6th floor. The room is very dusty. Breakfast spread was almost the same for 5 day and too many people. Need to wait and find the table ourselves.

Pros:
--near ximen mrt exit 4. No need to walk in the rain if raining. Good location
--grand looking lobby
--can hole your luggage for free
Cons
--our room raked of cigarette smoke. But was told the smell came from room cleaning frglagrance. Staff said hotel has no smoking room but they couldn't do anything if someone smoke in their room. I was surprised there is no penalty on smoking in the room??
-- staff treated the room and the smell was gone. But the smell came back the next day.
--some rooms have no windows. Those with windows more expensive

Was worried after reading the review. Overall it’s good and will stay there again. I had 2 double bed for 2 adults and 2 children. Hardly to find a hotel with big windows. Cross the road it’s xmd and exit 4 from train station. A lot of shops around the hotel - bakeries, dessert shop, noodles dumpling, convenience shop etc. the location is also good for driver to pick up and drop off. Bath tub is good too. Just a little defects here and there but cleanliness is acceptable. A lot of lifts to cater to big groups.
The reception staff a lot friendly and helpful when my friend sent something to the hotel.

Location is plus plus. We took public transport throughout the trip. The train entrance is just mins away. Room is cozy and good size for the fam. Only thing is the lift will take awhile. Pretty slow during peak hour.

Self Check in and out process quite easy.
Firs room assigned to me, housekeeping not done thourough. Telephone panel and chair is dirty. Checked in at 9pm, yet to sat on the chair. Was about the sit on the chair and realised there was hair. It's definitely not my hair. Sofa one side is sunken, felt some safety concerns and requested to change room at 11pm.
FO unable to accommodate as my room type was fully booked for the night. Stayed in the originally assigned room for the first night, then switched room the next day.
New room was a little better. Downside is soundproofing, any commotions outside the corridor can be heard.
Location is great. Nestled between exit 4 and 5 of Ximen Stn. Exit 4 has an escalator and lift while exit 5 is staircas leading to the train stn. Can come up from exit 4 if you have luggage with you.
Basic hotel room amentities are provided (water kettle, hair dryer, towels, coffee mugs etc).

I was pretty disappointed by this hotel. The location is great, but when we arrived there was no early check in. (This is fine, but they wait to make everyone check in at the same time on the computers, so even if there are rooms available you cannot check in and there is a rush at check in time for everyone waiting in the lobby to check in). When we got to our room, there were yellow drops (pee?) all over the toilet seat when we opened the lid, which caused us to believe the bathroom was not cleaned. When housekeeping came, they used an old dirty rag and just wiped it dry and did not sanitize or anything. The carpet in the halls and in the rooms were also pretty dirty. Otherwise, the location is nice and near metro and buses and the breakfast at the hotel is not bad.

We booked the deluxe city view room which had 2 beds, a bath tub and a japanese toilet. Our room was at the 3rd floor with a city view, spot on clean and smelled really nice. The breakfast area was packed but food was always adequate. Would stay here again.

We had booked this hotel for 4 nights. My legs had bite bugs and cause me very itchy. Very disappointed on this.
