The room is spacious and location is great. But the housekeeping staff put my pajama somewhere I don’t think it got cleaned frequently after making up the room. This makes me feel uncomfortable.

A variety of food options for breakfast. Great for picky eaters especially kids. The staff is also attentive, they noted my father’s birthday and prepared a surprise even though we didn’t mentioned about it. Location is great! With sogo and another mall nearby and small eateries that opened till late for supper.

Very clean and awesome services provided. The hotel even provided the free parking at the basement. Stayed 6 days and they provide the different breakfasts everyday with plenty of selections available. Highly recommended.

Prime location!!!!!
Free parking downstairs right in the middle of the city.
Great food options nearby.
Nice selection for breakfast (East and Western style).
Quality bottled water.
Staff was attentive and helpful.
The extractor fan in the toilet was not working but the water pressure and temperature was good!
Personally, we felt the bed was a little on the soft side but for some people that might just be perfect.
