Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel.
However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use.
Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

Recommended hotel to stay in suwon!! CU mart is just in front of the hotel. Walk about 500m to nearest bus station, took the bus and went to starfield mall (30mins). Room is spacious, big tv, hair dryer, refrigerator, toiletries, kettle, welcome tea & biscuit. Definitely will come again!

Clean and tidy every day. Not bad. But the air conditioner in the room is facing your head, which is a bit uncomfortable. There is a shared microwave in the corridor, which is quite convenient. But the ice making function of the water dispenser doesn't seem to be working properly, and there are no ice cubes, which is a bit worse.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Suwon City Hall Station! It's convenient because it's close to the station, but it's in a place that feels like a night town, so it's quite lively at night and to be honest, I can't say that the security is good. In the morning, it's quiet and not at all! However, the hotel seems to have just been built, and it was very clean! I think it's a motel, but if you're just staying there, it doesn't bother me at all, and I think this room is very good for this price range! You can watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV! There were plenty of amenities, and the self-service corner on each floor had a microwave and instant drinks! The floor heating worked well and it was comfortable!
