Convenient for Disney trip at the lower budget than the Shanghai Disney hotel. Both are within the same distance from the park and have complimentary shuttle every 5 mins during peak morning and evening and 15 mins in between. Hotel are clean and the service are great as expected from a Disney hotel. Woody and Jesse made frequent appearances throughout the day from check in lobby, garden children activities etc. the hotel offers kids activities throughout out the day should you are not taking the day in the Disneyland park itself. Interior of the public area of the hotel are nicely decorated with all Toy story details and decorations. Inside the room felt a little less but still have the vibe.
The stay in the hotel automatically grants early daily entry pass up to one hour before the parks open on the day of stay and day of departure. Note that the theme park tickets are still required and need to be purchased separately.
By staying in the hotel, it will allow you to shop within the park and have it sent directly to your hotel up until 4 pm. After that you will need to carry your shopping yourself back to the hotel.
Shopping within the hotel is available through 1 store which is Lotso shop. They do have Disney exclusive merch from time to time which requires a lottery to purchase if you are only visiting the park. Which is a nice small bonus.
Overall a great Disney accommodation and convenience if you are travelling with Kids and could afford within your budget

We had a room swop for our 2nd night. The staff helped to move our luggages to Woody. All we have to do is to collect the room key at the lobby upon our return.
We had a view of Woody from our window. There were plenty of momentos to bring home for this room. We had Woody themed cushion cover, towel, bedroom slippers and luggage tag.
Pillows were either medium firm or soft. The bed was comfy that we had difficulties waking up for breakfast (purchased at restaurant as it was cheaper than package)
Visited the kids playroom. We made a toy story badge that comes with lanyard.
Will come back for Buzz Lightyear room in future.

The hotel was very clean and the housekeepers were very thoughtful. The gift shop is located at the lobby with some store specific merchandise. There was a shuttle bus in the morning that travels direct to Disneyland and all guests are allowed to enter 1 hour earlier.

The room is big and nice. My daughter love the hotel so much. Have fun all the time in the hotel. There have activities and games for kids. All of us enjoyable and very relax at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and nice. They got shuttle bus to Disneyland.

Excellent hotel. Very convenient with shuttle bus to Shanghai Disneyland. Clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Highly recommend for families. Just that room service food is average

Easy check in process, added bonus of early entry into Disneyland Park. Free shuttle bus to Disney a great service! Would def stay again.
