The staff was very helpful. Room is clean. Good location as very near to subway station ...about 2 mins walk.will stay there again next trip

The room is clean, the room size is just right, there is a large glass window, you can see the view. It is next to the CHENGZHAN station red line (line1) and blue lines (line5) , very convenient to travel.
Walk a little further and you will reach the JIANGCHENG station purple line (line7), you can go to the walking street at night.
The towels are disposable, the wifi is not strong.

Cozy room, great location just next to the train station. It's also easy to ride to the scenic spots using the bicycles infront of the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful.
Do bring your own towl and a pair of ear plugs - it's gets noisy.

Perfect!! Smart home available, loaction is good! Very easy to go everywhere in hangzhou. I love their staff.

Prepare towels if you don’t like disposable single use. Good location . But no sound proof. Nice view. But bad internet signal.

Just next to Metro exit, same building. Few stations from Hangzhou East Railway and also Hangzhou shopping area. Room is clean, but no towel - they provide one use paper towel so it is not convenient. All the rest are perfect.

The hotel is very close to Chengzhan Metro Station, which makes it very convenient to travel to other places or to Hangzhoudong Station by metro. However, there are few restaurants or food courts in the surrounding area

Great stay. Clean and very convenient.
Lobby is at level 26.
Bring a towel if you need because they provide disposable towel.
Exit D from the metro is just next to the hotel
