Hu Firenze Camping in Town is located at the outskirt of the city where you can see a lot of greenery. There is a bus you can use to travel to the major scenic spots, museums and the railway station. It is in itself a campsite for nature lovers to stay away from the hectic life in the city while it is quite close to the city centre. It has a mini market, several swimming pools and areas for camping. Some stayed in caravans while others can rent a "tent", which has a bathroom, air conditiioning, a fridge, a safe and a bed. You can rent a bicycle to cycle around the around. Everything is neat and tidy.

Fast check in , reception gave a map and you can drive to your room, don’t have kettle , but have fridge , pillow too flat and not comfortable for the neck . On one of the night , nobody around to open the automated gate for us to enter the property , we were left stranded at the gate for 10 minutes !

In general, the accommodation is perfect and highly recommended. It is clean and tidy so far. It is close to the nature which allow us to observe good view after waking. The location is easy to reach from city centre but the bus often delay.

We were a family of 3 adults and just a stopover, as a bit young familyish for us. Also only half a toilet roll for 3 people for 2 nights is a bit stingy! Beds are so hard.

Stayed for 2 nights only, for the price I paid I have nothing to complain about. One bus without changing can take us to the city which was convenient. Check in and out was very easy also. My cabin was very small but still had almost everything we needed to be fair. Windows do require a bit of extra cleaning. If you are on a budget I am recommending it for sure, but they have other options as well, worth a try. Thanks

Disappointing Experience at hu Camping in Town, Florence
I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at hu Camping in Town was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the reception experience was poor—we had to wait outside in the rain in a long queue, and the receptionist was not welcoming at all. When we expressed our concerns, his response was, "That's what we have here," which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
There was no room cleaning for the entire , despite our request. Towels were not provided and had to be rented for €5 each, which felt excessive given the already lacking service.
The worst part was the behavior of the on-site security. One of the guards was downright rude and even used offensive language in his own language toward us. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made in staff behavior, cleanliness, and guest service.
