The service at the hotel was good, and we really enjoyed the dinner buffet—it had a nice variety and tasted great. Breakfast was just okay, and while the hot spring was clean, it was a bit small and didn’t offer many features.

Coming back from this hotel, why do I feel like my vacations finished early? I still have a week left in Beijing, but regular hotels don’t feel the same after having a private pool in my balcony. The room was so clean and spacious, I really have no complaints at all. The hot springs were warm and there’s many to choose from, so don’t worry about space. We came in the off season too, so there was hardly anybody around. The staff is very helpful and polite, so we felt very comfortable.
In the evening, all we had to do was let the staff know we’re returning to the hotel and they would fill up our private pool so we could have a hot soak on the balcony after a long day of climbing the Great Wall. I will remember this stay fondly ＜3

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s 4th birthday and the new year. Location is great, away from the city hustle and delivery services for food and other things are all within 30mins. Service is great and most of the reception staff speaks english, which makes it even more pleasant to stay as a foreigner. Most rooms accommodates two adults and two kids (baby and toddler). Your money is worth every penny at this hot springs resort!

What an amazing hot spring only 40 minutes away from downtown Beijing. A treasure to try absolutely! The expo park opposite the hotel is also worth a visit, with many lovely gardens and pavilions.

The service provided was exceptional, and the dedication and professionalism of specialist 小段 was truly outstanding. The hotel's environment was superb, with every detail carefully considered, and the overall ambiance was both welcoming and relaxing.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional play area for children. It had a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, and my children had an absolute blast. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible.
